This week fourth grade was abuzz with creativity as we delved into the art of storytelling through small moment personal narrative essays. Students crafted narratives that captured pivotal moments with vivid descriptions, and they used powerful writing tools such as W.O.W. words and dialogue. They expressed emotions and recounted memories, weaving them into their narratives to captivate our readers.
In addition to our explorations in small moment narrative writing, fourth graders wanted to spread gratitude by writing heartfelt letters to faculty members who have made a significant impact on their Crestview journeys. The act of expressing appreciation allowed us to reflect on and be thankful for the supportive community here at our wonderful school.
