Application Process

Complete an inquiry/request information form. Upon submission, we will send you information to create an account that will allow you to register for a tour and submit an application. Once your account is set-up, you will be able to select a tour date that will best fit your schedule.

Parent Interview 

The parent interview is an informal meeting with the Director of Admissions and Head of School. It is a wonderful opportunity for us to get to know your family and to answer any specific questions you may have after you tour. You will receive available interview dates after your application is processed.

Teacher Evaluation Form and Transcript

If applying to kindergarten submit a Teacher Evaluation form to your child's preschool. For those applying to first through sixth grade, please request completed Teacher Evaluation and Transcript Request forms from your child's current school.

Schedule an Evaluation

TK-Kindergarten (Not Required for 2021-22 Admissions Season)
Register for the developmental screening through Integrated Learning Solutions. Be sure to select Crestview Preparatory School as you are registering, in order for us to receive the results of the screening. To hear more information about the kindergarten readiness assessment, ILS will have a Parent Information evening. This information packet from ILS provides details pertaining to the screening.
Grades 5-6 (Not Required for 2021-22 Admissions Season. Optional)
Applicants must take the Independent School Entrance Exam (ISEE) no later than February 5, 2021. Online registration is available at Crestview school code is 054140 
School Day Visits  
Playdates will be select afternoons from 2:10 - 3:45 p.m. in January and February. During the visit they will hear a story, play outside and inside, and participate in circle time. (Subject to change, dependant on COVID-19 regulations.)
Grades 1-6
The day will be spent in class with the child’s current grade level.


Admissions decisions will be mailed March 12, 2021 in coordination with the Pasadena Consortium of Independent Schools. (Late applications are decisioned on Fridays as application files are deemed complete.)

If your child has been placed on our wait list due to limited availability of spaces, we ask that you contact us to verify your interest in remaining on the list. We will follow up as spaces become available.
