Devin Agran
Devin Agran is a Los Angeles native who graduated from Harvard College with a bachelor's degree in History and Literature. She earned a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California.

Rasheda is the Assistant Head of School at Westland School in Los Angeles. She is also a consultant for VISIONS, Inc., a non-profit training and consulting organization specializing in diversity and inclusion. She provides training, coaching, and workshops focused on developing and sustaining inclusive schools and organizations. Rasheda believes that personal and organizational growth occurs through reflective practice, knowledge, and skill-building. Rasheda served as the Director of Equity and Inclusion at Wildwood School for 18 years. She also designed and led the Multicultural Leadership Institute as the founding director, hosted by the Wildwood Outreach Program. Rasheda earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology at California State University, Fullerton, and a master's degree in Psychology at Pepperdine University. |

Ellen Choi Ellen Choi is a senior court rules attorney at Aderant. She earned her BS at NYU and was a NYC Teaching Fellow after NYU. As a NYC Teaching Fellow, she taught middle school students with special needs in Brooklyn, NY, and received her MS in childhood education at Pace University School of Education. She then received her JD from Pepperdine University School of Law. Ellen has strong roots in the community as a Crestview and Flintridge Prep Alum Ellen and her husband, Colin, are proud parents to Ethan (second grade) and Stellan (will be joining Crestview in Fall 2026). |

Brenda Hernandez
Brenda Hernandez is a Group Supervisor for the Thermal Fluids Systems and Hardware Group at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory. Her love and passion for science, engineering, and space led her to pursue a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering at Cal Poly Pomona and an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering specializing in Thermal Fluids at Caltech.

Crestview offers a smaller class size and a personalized experience from its developmentally appropriate curriculum led by teachers and learning specialists. Han Hu
Han Hu is an investment analyst at Oaktree Capital Management. Before joining Oaktree in 2021, Han was a credit research analyst at PIMCO. Han holds an undergraduate degree from UCLA and an MBA from USC.
His eldest daughter, Avery, is currently in second grade, and his younger daughter, Nora, is in Kindergarten |

Arnold Kim
Arnold Kim is the Chief Operating Officer at ADRF, tasked with handling the day-to-day operations for the company. He has 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Prior to joining ADRF, he worked at Bear Stearns, Evercore Partners, J.P. Morgan, and Salomon Smith Barney, where clients included ARINC, EarthLink, Frontier Communications, Global Crossing, MRV Communications, Motorola, Sorrento Networks, SK Telecom, Teleglobe, and WaveSplitter Technologies.
He earned his MBA in Finance and Economics and his BA in English and Economics, both from Columbia University. He and his wife, Julie, are proud Crestview parents to Cara (fifth grade) and Adam (second grade).

Daniel Kim
Daniel is a business attorney with experience in corporate transactions, governance, and advising emerging companies. Through his solo practice, he focuses on negotiating software, data, and other technology agreements, helping organizations grow while managing risk responsibly. Daniel is passionate about supporting institutions that strengthen their communities and strives to bring a practical, balanced perspective to his service. His clients include a nationally ranked children's hospital in Los Angeles and local technology startups. He was named a "Legal Visionary" by the LA Times.

Michael Krupczak
Michael is currently a Private Equity ‐ Senior at Ernst & Young US LLP. He received his bachelor's from Bucknell University and his master's at the University of Southern California, Leventhal School of Accounting.
Michael is the first Crestview Alum to serve on the Board of Trustees.

Ivan Leung
Ivan is a Southern California native. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
Ivan is a Managing Director at a global investment bank and has advised international corporate clients on mergers and acquisitions and other strategic matters for over 25 years. Ivan’s son, Ellis, graduated from Crestview in 2025, and his daughter, Olivia, graduated from Crestview in 2023.

Jay Li was born in China and has a Bachelor's in Accounting and an MSc in Management from Loughborough University, UK.
Jay worked in a major real estate development company and developed multiple commercial hotel projects and living apartments. He is currently the marketing director of an auto parts industry company. At Crestview, Jay's daughter, Mirabelle, is in the sixth grade, and his son, Landon, is in the third grade. He also has a son who graduated from Crestview in 2021 and attends Flintridge Preparatory School. |

Joann Li is a master's graduate of Fine Arts and owner of two art galleries and a studio in Pasadena. Joann and her husband, Sixu, established the high-technology enterprise ‘Sinty Sci-Tech’.
Since Joann’s immigration to the United States in 2012. Joann has successively opened her own private gallery, Ai+ Gallery/Studio, and Joann Art Space. Ai+ Gallery is a non-profit organization that focuses on promoting public art education, supporting local artists and students to choose art to express their emotions, and showcasing the creations of artists of all ethnicities from around the world. Joann’s passion for art also led her to develop ‘Artspire History’, an art educational program for children. Joann and her husband, Sixu, have three children and are the parents of Leede, who is in fifth grade. Joann is honored to be welcomed into the Board of Trustees and looks forward to being part of the Crestview community. |

Kelly O’Toole is a Crestview alum with over two decades of experience in design, operations, and project management. She is the founder of Midnite Oil Media, a full-service creative agency that specialized in branding, multimedia campaigns, and web development for a diverse range of clients.
Kelly is an active volunteer and fundraiser who regularly contributes her time and skills to schools and various organizations across Los Angeles. She holds a B.A. in English from Colby College, an M.S. in Advertising from Boston University, and has completed advanced design coursework at Art Center College of Design in Pasadena. Kelly and her husband, Adam, are proud parents of two daughters. Their eldest, Lily, is currently in second grade at Crestview. |

Pouyan works in Foreign Exchange Trading at Payden & Rygel, contributing to the firm’s currency trading and investment activities. He has been active in global markets since 2006, with prior experience at PIMCO and BlackRock. Pouyan and his family are proud members of the Crestview community. His oldest daughter, June, is entering second grade this year. |

Andrew Schwartz is Managing Partner of a portfolio of 700 units, including multi-family, retail, and industrial, Founding Investor of MagicLinks (Social Commerce Platform), and Founder of H and P Solutions- Managing a Youth Sports and Health Services Facility.
He is a proud father of three children and part of the Crestview family.

Lauren Stevenson is a licensed clinical psychologist with a doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Azusa Pacific University. She spent nearly a decade working in forensic and hospital settings—including the Federal Bureau of Prisons, forensic state hospitals, and Harbor UCLA Medical Center—before transitioning into private practice. She is now the founder and clinical director of Capstone Psychological Services, an outpatient mental health clinic dedicated to the treatment and assessment of both children and adults. Lauren brings extensive expertise in providing cognitive-behavioral therapy and conducting independent psychoeducational evaluations (IEEs), and frequently provides testimony at IEP meetings, Manifestation Determination hearings, and Due Process hearings. She also serves as an expert witness in court for cases involving forensic psychology. Outside of work, Lauren is passionate about coaching youth sports and can often be found on the soccer or softball/baseball field with her wife, Mary, coaching and cheering on their two children. As a proud Crestview alumna, Lauren is deeply grateful that she and Mary can now watch their children, Taylor (fourth grade) and Jaxen (Kindergarten), thrive as Crestview students. |

Mary Terterov Mary Terterov has served as a criminal defense attorney and civil litigator with a focus on contract disputes. With a Certificate from the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School, Mary has represented clients in mediation and co-facilitated stakeholder groups for program planning purposes.
Serving as an Ambassador for the Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles (CHLA) and Event Chair for the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation, she has extensive experience with the inner workings of nonprofit organizations.
