Upper Elementary Science

In fourth grade, students have been on an exciting journey exploring the fascinating world of energy. They have delved into the various forms of energy, from potential to kinetic, and they have learned how energy can neither be created nor destroyed but only transformed from one type to another. As part of their hands-on learning experience, these young scientists embarked on an engaging project – creating their very own solar-powered fan. Armed with newfound knowledge about solar energy, they harnessed the power of the sun to make their fans function and gained valuable insights into renewable energy sources. Through this project, fourth graders not only discovered the science behind energy but also became eco-conscious stewards of our planet's resources.
