The fifth graders are becoming small business owners! In math, students are coming up with original fictitious business ideas that will provide either a good or service for our Crestview Community. Their creative minds have been generating many business ideas ranging from a local bakery, to online advertisement and a toy car stand. The project has just started and already students are collaborating beautifully with their business partners to create a business plan. Students will then create a website for their business and make their sample products in Computer Science with Ms. Calista using 3-D printing. They will also advertise their products. We will end the project with a "Market Week" where they open their stores to their classmates, fellow Crestview students, their parents during Open House, and on Grandparent’s and Special Friend’s Day.
