How to Apply
The Admissions Process at Crestview officially begins a full year before your child would actually start attending classes. Kindergarten applicants must be at least 5 years of age on September 1st.
Late applications are accepted, if interested give us a call or stop by.
Step 1. Visit Crestview
All interested parents are required to attend a School Day Tour. You will meet with the Head of School and Director of Admissions, hear about the Crestview program, see the school in action, and have the opportunity to ask questions from our student representatives and parent docents. Tours are scheduled on the following Wednesdays and Fridays: October 13 from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m., November 1 from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m., December 1 from 10:00 to 12:00 a.m. and January 10 from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. Reservations are required.
If you would like to see us in action as a community, we would love you to join us for a family-event this spring.
Our families come together for a pancake breakfast and Walk-A-Thon to raise money and reach fitness goals. The 2017-2016 Walk-A-Thon is scheduled, for Sunday, April 15, 2018 from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Our school-wide Open House is a wonderful way to mingle with our whole community, faculty, students, and parents. The 2018 Spring Open House is scheduled for Sunday, May 20, 2017 from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m.
Step 2. Submit Application
Complete the Application for Admission and submit with the appropriate fee by Friday, February 2, 2018. (Applications submitted after the deadline will be considered as space is available.)
(Note: Log in and password are the same as those used for scheduling a tour.)
Families interested in financial assistance should apply using the FAST system.
Step 3. Request an interview
If you visit the school, and submit an application, and are truly interested in joining the Crestview community, we would love to meet you! An interview is a wonderful opportunity for us to get to know your family and to answer any specific questions you may have about our program. Families that interview with us will receive priority.
Step 4. Deliver Teacher Recommendation Form and Transcript Request to current school.
Please note that there are different Teacher Recommendation Forms for transitional kindergarten/kindergarten applicants and first - sixth grade applicants. The Transcript Request is only for applicants for grades 1-6.
After completing the parent portion of the Teacher Recommendation Form and Transcript Request Form (applying to grades 1-6 only), give these forms to your child’s current teacher and school. The forms are then completed by the teacher and school and sent directly to Crestview.
